im pissed, i cant go, i went last year to pointfest 2. it was great, all except for the security. here in KC they let you do anything. seriously, sick puppies need to come to the other side of missouri at least once. but i cant go to pointfest 1 this year simply for the fact of im going to go see the cards take on the royals, GO ROYALS!!! hopefullly they'll be back for pointfest 2.

so i just went to the wiki link and it says that SP isnt main staged anymore. they will be on a side stage and the Used will be on the main stage instead

really? i was actually looking forward to them being sidestaged. that way it wasnt as important for me and nicole to find pit tickets. im actually having a really hard time finding some that people arent charging an arm and a leg for

Yeah, I'm kinda mixed on this too.
I would LOVE another chance to see them close up.
BUT.....the fact that they've been put on the main stage, is a direct reflection of their success!!!
The Point has been playing a LOT of SP music!
If you look at the on-air history, they play a SP song AT LEAST once every 3 hours. Here's a link to the history:
They are playing War, My World, AND All The Same.
And War has been slowing working it's way to the top of their rotation!!! (Right now it's sitting at #5).

Wow it's up tp #5?! That's great! Last I checked it was in the 20's. I hope it keeps up after Pointfest, though. I've noticed that they play up the artists who are doing the show, and then afterwards, they kind of stop.
