Odd One

I honestly haven't listened to a lot of Sick Puppies lately, no matter how dedicated I am to Mark and Emma, and now Bryan. I just can't really stand to hear a certain someone's voice at the moment. BUT, I did have Pop Evil radio going yesterday and they played Maybe, ironically, on my way to work. It's no secret that I don't exactly love my kitchen job at the nursing home (although my office job there every wednesday is definitely something I could see myself doing for a while....). Anyway, it got me super pumped again.

I may or may not be looking a LOT more closely at the job listings.

I know what you mean Cora. I have been listening more though. Maybe was the song that helped me through my divorce and decision to leave. I am listening to it again with some other hard things going on in recent months and it still helps. No I'm not "leaving it all behind" literally like I did before but to some extent I am.

I'd have to say All the Same or My World.

What's great though is that there seems to be a perfect song for any mood I'm in!

It's been a really hard week, honestly. And I've found STYG is actually helping. At first it was just the repetition of new SP music but the concepts and the beat are really getting through the anxiety and helping to ground me.

I would say My World or Maybe.

There isn't just one song that helps me through everything. Each song on their own has helped me through something at one time or another. Right now Where Do I Begin is close to my heart.

Recently, Odd One, Charlatan, and Not Now. They're all really relatable to my situation right now.

Riptide. It's the song that's had me since the first time I heard it.
Although, it was All the Same that got me started on sick puppies. So that in itself is powerful.

Man there are just so many good choices for every situation. I would probably have to go with Let Me Live and on some days You're Going Down.

right now, and for a while, it's been Where Do I Begin. There's so much in my life that it connects to right now.

Charlatan....it hits home with someone in my life and its like my very own thoughts.

Gonna have to go with Let Me Live when I'm mad and Where Do I Begin? when I'm sad.....or basically every song off of Fury lol.
