I wish I was doing something fun like that, haha. Sounds awesome!

Alas... I'm perusing apartment listings and cursing all the gorgeous apartments I'd love to have that are all "absolutely NO PETS".

Though I do plan to make cupcakes this afternoon :)

That was pretty much my childhood  my brother would play games, and I'd sit over his shoulder and watch.
My favorite was when he'd play as the Zerg in StarCraft. He rarely did, he was always playing as Protoss.
years later I played it myself and I realized
that Protoss are a heck of a lot better than Zerg <.<
and that Terran nukes are only fun if you're the one using them...

so I guess right now I'm reflecting on how StarCraft affected my upbringing : ]
and also feeling a bit guilty for calling out sick
I should probably not do that second thing.

Ohhh I love doing that! As much as I rage against Spotify (for the whole "they don't pay artists enough money" thing), I do use it to find new stuff. And then buy what I really like on iTunes. I could spend hours clicking through the "related artists". Found some pretty good stuff that way!

I'm wishing I was being awesome. But I'm finishing my time sheets for the pay period and trying to wrap my head around being at work and actually have Connect playing because it was the top of my music choices. lol

listening to my favorite all time Jazz Musician the late, great Vince Guaraldi and a playlist of some of his best songs on Spotify I randomly joined over there just for that particular reason.

hummmm... Vista Chino (formerly Kyuss Lives! and formerly formerly just Kyuss, and by extension John Garcia and Brant Bjork and the Low Desert Punk Band) Crobot, The Vintage Caravan, Stoned Jesus... and also some less stoner more prog My Sleeping Karma (they're all instrumental from what I've seen) and Riverside, who are a little like Tool. Tool mixed with the less-aggressive half of 10 Years' discography. Their song 02 Panic Room has a pretty sick bassline.
but yes back to the stoner rock. The songs I've been digging from the above mishmosh are Barcelonian (Vista Chino) Rolling Stoned, The Blvd, 5000 Miles, Her Bullets' Energy (John Garcia) Queen of the Light, Nowhere to Hide, Back at the Blackwoods (Crobot), Expand Your Mind, Midnight Meditation (The Vintage Caravan) I'm the Mountain (Stoned Jesus)
Hope that all leads you to something new and exciting for your ears

Right now I'm checking things on the forum. ;)

Seriously, I'm debating between writing and finally starting season 5 of Game of Thrones. I mean, the novel won't rewrite itself. But it's late.

oh man I used to LOVE watching Food Network/Top Chef/Chopped and all those random cooking shows. Makes me miss having cable.

Currently I'm watching Invader Zim/trying to kill time before my tattoo appointment
