I hate...
I'm thinking on buying my friends 99 ford torus for $600 the only problem with it it has a bad tranny or I should say a missing tranny, supposedly his grandfather took it 120 miles per hour and it went out from under the car but my friend is a compulsive lier

that's exactly it, isn't it? we talk about being green but we buy the biggest cars possible. i do have the advantage of being in NY so i'm probably not the best person to represent but if the price of gas kept going up, maybe the public would start buying more fuel efficient cars and give the car companies incentive to produce hybrids or come up with even better options.

I can really only think of three things that can get me heated:
1) An argument that is not substantiated or is inappropriately qualified (e.g. use of ad hominem).
2) Bureaucratic decision-makers that are not directly involved with processes about which they are making decisions.
3) Denial or desecration of human dignity.
