Saw 5

The new (and last ) installment in this series comes out this weekend and I have been waiting since last year for it ! I think that this is probably one of the very few (if not only) movies that no one has seemed to get tired of , most other horror tend to run out of good stuff after the 2nd movie!
Jigsaw is one scary dude..the way his mind works creating these contraptions freaks me out I was a little sad that he died in the 3rd movie but of course he has other loyal minions to continue his horrorfest The guy that they keep showing with the weird looking window box on his head ... I can't figure out what that could be
I am definitely going to see this over the weekend !

I know the title of this topic says Saw 5 but feel free to discuss Saw 1-4 as well !

I stopped at Saw 3. Not intentionally really.
Although, that one did give me a pretty crazy nightmare.
Remember the skull surgery in Saw 3?

I dreamt that I woke up alone in a dark hospital room,
with a piece of my skull missing,
and I could feel a cool breeze on top of my head and my brain sloshing around.
It was pretty creepy.

But Saw 5 does look pretty good!
I'm gonna have to catch up this week with Saw 4.

I thought they were gonna keep making one every year around Halloween until they stopped making money and/or people got completely bored with them.

I've only really liked I and IV so far, but I'll probably check this one out

As far as I know it is the last .. but with how popular it is that may just be to hype it up even more so
I have liked all of them - every torturous invention he has created has been pretty darn creepy and definitely makes you think "how the heck did he think up that one?"
It will be interesting to see who is actually behind them this time since it can't be Jigsaw

The skull surgery scene was a little much - I can't watch anything having to do with the brain..really grosses me out!

I made the mistake of watching one of these "Saw" movies alone one night... Never again! But, as much as I am scared of horror movies, I do love them, and in the end if there are people with me...I enjoy watching them and I'm excited for this new Saw film.

Out of boredom I just checked into any more sequels and there will be at least one more. Saw VI is confirmed.

Costas Mandylor has signed up for the next installment of the horror franchise along with main character, Jigsaw, portrayed by Tobin Bell.

It was confirmed through multiple sources that David Hackl, the production designer for Saw II, Saw III and Saw IV and second unit director for Saw III and Saw IV has officially been announced to direct both Saw V and Saw VI. However, it was later reported that Hackl would only direct Saw V, and that Saw VI would be directed by Kevin Greutert, the editor on all the Saw films to date

I did get to see this tonight and of course I don't want to spoil anything but ....WOW....the first 5 minutes was pretty damn intense ..and had me bug eyed and squirming in my seat This definitely was one of the better in the series so far and explained a good bit about some things in the previous films . The ending definitely leaves you hanging and makes room for the next installment I certainly cringed alot in this movie ... the way his mind works is definitely creepy!

And I must add that they showed previews for 3 totally awesome horror flick coming out in January/February 2009.

o man i just came back from this movie!!! the only way to describe it is... wow. i love how it kind of tied things together. i dont want to say anymore for fear of ruining it for everyone else lol.

Omg I saw this on Saturday and it was AWESOME!

Very very nasty though. Lots of blood.

I didn't know it was the last one though. The ending made it seem like there were more of them.
